The 15th European Parliament Ceramics Forum (EPCF) took place on 3 December 2014 in Brussels hosted by EPCF Chair, MEP Paul Rübig and co-hosted by MEP Elisabetta Gardini.
Members of the European Parliament, European Commission officials and industry representatives participated in panel debates on topical issues of relevance for the ceramic industry:
- Resource efficiency & sustainable construction: Making the circular economy a reality
- Trade & competitiveness: Enabling SMEs to compete at international level
- Climate & energy: Streamlining industrial competitiveness in post 2020 EU ETS

The EPCF was organised as part of the 2014 Ceramic Days. As the main policy event for Europe’s ceramic manufacturers, the Ceramic Days present a key occasion for representatives from all ceramic sectors, experts and policymakers to exchange ideas at sectoral and public events.
